At Safi Tools, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by Safi Tools and how it is used.
1. Data Security & 15-Minute Retention Policy
Safi Tools is designed with your privacy and security as our primary priority. We do not require you to create an account to use our services. When you upload a file (such as an image or PDF) to our servers for conversion or compression:
- No Human Access: Your files are processed entirely by automated algorithms. No human will ever view or manually inspect your uploaded documents.
- Automatic Deletion: All uploaded files and converted outputs are strictly temporary. They are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers exactly 15 minutes after the conversion process is completed.
- No Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share the contents of your uploaded files with any third parties under any circumstances.
2. Log Files
Like many other websites, Safi Tools makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.
4. Google AdSense and the DoubleClick DART Cookie
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Safi Tools.

The data collected remains anonymous to us, meaning we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook may connect this data with your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy.
6. GDPR & CPRA Rights
Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Because we do not require accounts and automatically delete your files within 15 minutes, we hold no persistent personal data regarding your identity. However, you can manage your cookie and advertising consent preferences at any time using the privacy settings provided by your browser or our on-site consent management banner.
